Celebrity baker Buddy Valastro's Carlo’s Bakery will open in
the new Dining Pavilion at Florida Mall Dec. 5.
Valastro and Carlo's Bakery
rose to national fame with the popularity of
the TLC series "Cake Boss."
Valastro, a best-selling cookbook
author, and his family will be on hand for the opening.
This will be the brand’s first location in the southern
United States, according to a press release.
Modeled after the flagship Hoboken, N.J., bakery, the
state-of-the-art facility will cover 2,300 square fee and include Valastro's
signature sweets.
